Come to think of it what can you Aussies play? oh yes minority sports such as cricket ... Sorry we are beating you at that now...Rugby league, netball, yep your good at netball and Aussie rules but then only you play that. | Ah Parker, what makes you think I'm an Australian, I am British through and through. Have you seen the Aussie Rules, it is a tough game, and I doubt if many of our footballers would play it, they might get hurt.

| Most of you were British when we first shipped you out, as for Aussie Rules being tough its only one step up from netball for goodness sake Finally if Speedways Elite League was as well run and marketed as Footballs Premier league maybe it wouldnt be in the "mire" as it is now.
Just to get back on thread because Ray is a stickler for that, good to hear Nickis back on the bike The GP wasnt the same without him. _________________ A Founder Member of the Home Straight Lukas Dryml Appreciation Society! |

Nicki scored 14 points last night in Sweden, he even beat Jason Crump. Hampel was the only rider to beat him. Tonight he is riding in Denmark for his club. Seems as though he is getting back to his best. The telling point will be the next GP in Sweden. _________________ Supporting the Eagles through the good times as well as the bad |

Nicki scored 17 out of 18 last night. Perhaps the enforced rest has done him good. Hope his injuries are improving. _________________ Supporting the Eagles through the good times as well as the bad |

Congratulations to Nicki on becoming Danish Champion for 2009, this is his SIXTH DANISH CHAMPIONSHIP. Looks as though Nicki has got back to his best, after the trauma's of this season. Wonder how I can get a DVD of this meeting, sounds as though it was a cracker, especially heat 19. Once again congratulations Nicki, and I know Eagles fans hope you can carry this sort of form through the remaining GP's. _________________ Supporting the Eagles through the good times as well as the bad |

Good Luck for tomorrow's GP at Mallilla, would love to see you win it, but we hope you finish in the top three at least. _________________ Supporting the Eagles through the good times as well as the bad |

Nicki may not have had such a successful season in the GP's, but he has had had success with the clubs he rode for. Lejonon won the championship and he won a bronze medal with Czestochowa. He also became Danish Champion. He does not ride again according to his site until the in Poland. Pity he could not ride for us next week. _________________ Supporting the Eagles through the good times as well as the bad |

Congratulations to Nicki in winning the last GP. He showed tremendous courage in the face of the hostile Polish fans. Whether we agreed with the referee's decision, I thought Gollob behaved extremely badly. He was like a child throwing his dummy out of the pram in a temper tantrum. Whoever prepared the track did him no favours. Once again track preparation was not good. All I hope is that Tony Olssen will rectify this. Let us have tracks that are properly prepared and give us good exciting racing. Once again congratulations to Nicki, and I hope he does well when he rides in Russia later this month. _________________ Supporting the Eagles through the good times as well as the bad |
