Like your thinking Jaytee.... a clever way of making up some of the losses as well!

But I wouldn't mind betting that 90% of the contributors to this website could do a damn site better job as team manager than "nice guy" Trevor, who during a meeting basically does...... nothing much!!

Perhaps he does lots of good work behind the scenes that we don't know about but.... for those 15 heats.... as a motivational and tactical team manager.... he's a waste of space!
