So by the sound of it his "Webmaster" has resigned in frustration.
Somebody who presumably knows him in greater depth than most people, a bit of a telling fact, that.
Just one question, WHY is he still in Poland?
He ought to be back here facing the music like a man and apologising to BD and Trevor.
He then should be out on the centre green facing the supporters and apologising.
Presumably he thinks he can slip back into the pits after the ban is over, put on his leathers and walk out on the pre-match parade as if none of this happened.
from press reports and others it seems he will be given the chance to live and ride in poland , kevin . apparently he is in debt in this country and can earn serious money in poland . this has , it seems , been offered to him by his polish team manager .
what elite will there be next year ? how many riders required ? what earnings , particularly with less teams therefore less fixtures , will there be an elite league ?
already been told dugard would let him out on loan next season , dugard will retire from promoting , elite league with saturday matches would not be financially viable especially with riders frequently called away for overseas meetings . bridger would have to ride elite league if racing in uk . kevin , he had better not lose his passport again what a dubious excuse !who knows , he might do what holta did and become polish from a speedway p-oint of view . that's the sort of thing that happens in our sport nowadays . perhaps we can have some fun inventing polish names for him , but " bridgerski " doesn't sound right
I dont know if its been posted elsewhere ,but Lewis is back in the uk and rode in a ind meeting at monmore on monday night, and scored 8 points from his rides including a win and a fall. The meeting was won by Tai woffinden.
Well he has done his time so let us get behind him and Davey on Saturday.
Think we have a great chance as Swindon looks to have Simon Stead in for Zagar.not to sure why Travis didnt get the call.Think main dangers are covenrty, look forward to Bridger v Kennett

I agree, the past is the past, but I am afraid there will be some boo boys their. I know Lewis does not always use his brains, but I wish both Davey and him the best for Saturday. _________________ Supporting the Eagles through the good times as well as the bad

I think the fans will get behind the Eagles pair its probably our last chance of a trophy. _________________ A Founder Member of the Home Straight Lukas Dryml Appreciation Society!
Bridger contemplates future ahead of Arlington return
Lewis Bridger wants to be mixing it with the top riders from the best leagues twice a week next season.
Now the Eastbourne Eagles teenager has the chance to show his worth in such exalted company and get his home fans cheering again in the process.
Bridger gets his first Arlington outing for five weeks as he partners Davey Watt in the Elite League Pairs tomorrow (7.30pm).
There were boos from some fans when his name was read out ahead of the recent win over Lakeside, for which he was suspended.
Bridger, still a big favourite for many fans, insists he is not worried about being jeered again.
But he would get locals cheering if he could help Eastbourne win a meeting being staged to celebrate the track’s 80th anniversary.
Bridger has some serious thinking to do about where his career goes next and the highly competitive Polish and Swedish leagues play a big part in his plans.
He said: “I need to be doing Poland and Sweden every week, no matter what it takes.
“I’ll have to sit down with everyone and sort out what I’m going to do.
“I don’t know what that means yet for my plans here.”
Bridger practised at Lydd in Kent during his two-week ban and rode in the Midlands Open at Wolverhampton on Monday.
In typically bullish style, he says the quality of the Pairs offers no fears.
He added: “Of course there will be good riders there.
“I’ll be looking for Davey, he’ll look for me, but basically we have just got to ride the best we can.”
Bridger picked out Swindon as the team to beat after they named Leigh Adams and Matej Zagar as their duo.
Since then Zagar has been replaced by Simon Stead, who does not tend to do particularly well at the Sussex circuit.
Eastbourne manager Trevor Geer tipped Poole to be a major threat and their combination of Hans Andersen and Chris Holder look a potent force.
Holder is joint record holder at Arlington, along with Jason Crump.
But what about Peter Karlsson and Freddie Lindgren, both Arlington specialists, of Wolves?
Who can forget five-win paid maximums by Lee Richardson and Krzysztof Kasprzak at the track this year?
Adam Shields is ruled out by injury. If he were fit to partner Richardson, Lakeside would probably be favourites.
As it is Coventry, with British champion Chris Harris and local boy Edward Kennett, look strong.
And don’t write Peterborough fof as dark horses.
It would be big ask for the Eagles pair to score a memorable win.
But Bridger has the ability to silence the boos.
“I’m not too fussed if they boo me,” he said: “I missed four meetings in four years so they can’t take it too badly.”
Line-up: Lee Richardson and Jonas Davidsson (Lakeside), Freddie Lindgren and Peter Karlsson (Wolves), Chris Harris and Edward Kennett (Coventry), Krzysztof Kasprzak and Morten Risager (Belle Vue), Niels Kristian Iversen and Kenneth Bjerre (Peterborough), Hans Andersen and Chris Holder (Poole), Lewis Bridger and Davey Watt (Eastbourne), Scott Nicholls and Troy Batchelor (Ipswich), Leigh Adams and Simon Stead (Swindon).
Format: Eighteen heats plus semis and final, from 7.30pm.
Extra touches: Brighton band The Move-ons will play live in the hour ahead of tapes up. The first 2,000 fans through the gates receive a replica of the programme for the first Arlington meeting in 1929. _________________ click here for the latest front page news
Posted: Mon Nov 30, 2009 12:11 pm Post subject: From Lewis's website
Lewis signed his contract with Peterborough yesterday evening, when negotiations between himself and the Panthers promotion were completed.
Lewis is eternally grateful to Eastbourne, who were kept informed of developments all through the negotiations, for helping him build his career, and is keen to ride back at Eastbourne at every opportunity. He is also pleased that he remains an Eagles asset and moves to Peterborough only on a loan deal, as he sees this purely as a career development move and has never sought to sever his ties with the club.
He is also excited by the prospect of teaming up with Peter Oakes, who has been a mentor of Lewis since he first started riding. Although the change will provide a challenge, it is something which Lewis is looking forward to, and both he and Team LBR are confident that the move will prove to be beneficial to all parties.
The first official function Lewis will attend as a Peterborough rider takes place next Wednesday, 2nd December, when he will join the management team and other members of the Panthers 2010 team at a Fans Forum in the Emporer Suite of the Marriot Hotel, Orton Northgate, Peterborough. The forum, which begins at 7.30pm, is free of charge and open to everyone. _________________ click here for the latest front page news
have to admit and admire the professionalism of peterboro' s returnee , always have admired peter oaks , having met and talked with him over the years . so after the meeting it wil be known which riders of last season , and other assets [ andersen most notable ] will not be retained . wait with intrest .
Hopefully a season or two at Peterborough under Peter Oakes tutelage will mean that he will grow up. Doubt if Oakes will put up with any of his shenanigans. Glad that he is still an Eagles asset, as that will offset some of the money that the Eagles will have to pay out for the loanees. _________________ Supporting the Eagles through the good times as well as the bad

yes , unusual for BD to take this path . edward and adam had to be sold as far as we have been informed .but if a rider wants away or will not ride for a club , whether they own him or not , he will not ride for them and they will have to let move on loan or be sold . so we have no idea about what lewis will decide this time next year , or BD , or if eagles will have sufficient funds to remain in the elite . peterboro almost closed , oxford did .
so bridger a second string with peterboro . their heatleaders iversen , bjerre and batchelor . so bridger will be in the same team as his " friend "
As yet Peterborough have not announced their team for 2010. Last night's meeting was postponed, do not know why. On the BSPA's cpnfirmed signings for 2010, Bridger is the only name on the Panther's list. Will be interesting to see who they finally sign, doubt if Bridger will like being a second string. _________________ Supporting the Eagles through the good times as well as the bad
