According to BSPA press release, they have short list and decisions will be made in January.
I am quite sure Floppy would be better than Lynch.

absolutely , man-management , respect , a sense of humour , somebody who inspires others to do their best for him , the team and all involved . sounds like 'arry cous , he has certainly " spurred" them on ! david has done it all , been there , got the T-shirt . the fans allover love him too . he will be entirely involved and supportive . something that only some people are born with ,
the riders will enjoy riding for him , and that makes a terrific difference . /
who else on the list ? do they have these qualities ! ? l

I cant believe we are being serious about Floppy being installed as the new GB team manager Good loyal team rider that he was for us, what management experience has he got. Respect, sure . A sense of humour, without doubt. Ray lists more, like being involved ,supportive, riders will enjoy riding for him all of that is conjecture. We do know his man managements skills failed to a point with Lewis Bridger and he walked away(understandably) I dont even know whether Floppy would be PC correct for the powers that be either. Time has proved that good riders /player don't necessarilly make good managers. Now if Floppy was to get the Eastbourne Team Managers job cut his teeth on that and gain experience then he'd get my vote. I believe with the egos of some of these riders it needs someone who will have the balls to kick a***. Rossiter would get my vote....for now.

Trevor has plenty of experience of being a manager but we all moaned at him last season. It's being a good motivater that a team needs. Any fan can read a programme and decide when to do a change thats the easy bit. The hard bit is lifting the riders when thier heads are down, that the tricky bit, & I believe that Floppy could do it.

In yesterdays Eastbourne Herald it stated that Floppy is one of two going to be interviewed next week by the BSPA to be the England team manager. I would like to wish him luck, he may not have the experience of being a manager, but he might be able to bring some fresh ideas. Whoever is chosen cannot do any worse than the previous manager, who just seemed to stand around doing nothing, no motivating the team. Good Luck Floppy.
