Most definitely  particularly after the debacle tonight  regarding Lewis Bridger riding in Poland rather than Belle Vue for us.

Only Lewis can explain why he chose to shaft us tonight.

As stated elsewhere, yes.

The Elite League is a dead man walking, no one has the balls to stand up to the FIM. Olsens empire or foreign clubs, and a 28 day ban for Bridger hurts the club; so no one wins.

Its not certain he will get a ban is it Question I'll rephrase that, it almost certain he will get a ban.

are these the memories we will take from likely the last season we will see eagles .there is malice in what BD has done ,  the bully is sulking ,  as for the ray's-friend , we always knew he was a waste of space , perhaps he will realise this himself now .  Evil or Very Mad
to think i once respected BD --- well we all make mistakes .  Shocked

I am totally sickened by this having felt very upset about r/r being our 7th man.

Not sure whether I will bother to go any more.

Going back to the original question on the poll.....

I now feel that The Premier League is the only option under which I will visit Arlington next season.

Im certainly not prepared to put up with another shambles of a season like this one and to some extent the previous two have been.

Maybe we can "qualify" for next years Premier via the end of season relegation play-off.....

The way things are going.....

well if ray's-friend trevor has to organise the team might we still end up last ?!. ippo will be pleased to take all three points on thursday from us --- double whammy . is it possible we could come bottom ?, those pundits we derided early season were right after all ! but it is not the weakness of the riders ---- tom and jerry must carry that can .

It's all crystal clear now.
When the likes of SussexBulldog & other dedicated supporters are at the end of their tether, the club really is in dire straits.

If I read Ray correctly, I've cottoned on to the "cunning plan" - Maybe we  are determined to get relegated, which is the only way of guaranteeing PL next year!

Unfortunately, I believe there will be no speedway next year.

There's a better than even chance that I might be joining you zena....

Rye House is closer, easier to get to, and at the current rate a lot more enjoyable.... and at least they try to win whatever competitions they're in.

Evil or Very Mad  Confused:see the majority have voted yes for attending PL , i have too , but not if those two are i/c . suppose you-know -who would be content with just the stock car income . how has he fared with this ?

Ray - worst case scenario.

As far as the forum is concerned we can keep it going to enable folk to remember past times and keep in touch should speedway cease in Sussex.  The front page will merely provide links.

Let us hope that it won't come to that.  You never know one of us might win the lottery.  Very Happy

It all depends on how it affects you regarding costs and time, David.

Personally, and I expect the other regulars feel the same, I enjoy the banter and oppurtunity to swop views with people you otherwise may not meet at the meetings.

But then again, I have not had the opportunity to go much this year, so I haven;'t met anyone!!! Rolling Eyes
