Have booked time off from work for this BUT still undecided as to if I go or not Confused

Whats the news on our team? How's Davey (didn't look right on saturday) Whats Lewis done and will he be riding?

Dissapointing we've had NO news on the website or on Saturday regarding our injuries. I don't want to turn up at Boro to discover we have half a team.

Some news required please promotion!

They'll not fit Laughing  Have decided to go despite not knowing who'll ride Rolling Eyes  but was going to Poole next week but may give that a miss now and watch 2 honest teams doing battle. Mr. Green

Just heard a rumour that Eagles are fielding the following team against Peterbro....

1 - Nicki Pedersen (Re-assessed 7 point ave as struggling in GP's)
2- Tomasz Gollob (Assessed 7 point ave - he's gettin on a bit)
3 - Davey Watt (Re-assessed 6 point ave - got a sore wrist)
4 - Lukas Dryml (new 2009 ave 6)
5 - Cam Woodward (new 2009 ave 6)
6 - Lewis Bridger (2008 ave 5.5 - not enough meetings)
7 - Ricki Kling (new 2009 ave 5)

Ok... so it adds up to 42.5 points... but nobody seems to care anymore!!

If everyone else can do it....

last year this is where Ricky Klings form tailed off a bit when riding for lakeside, because he was completely wiped out by Zabik in a big crash.Interesting to see how he goes tonight and no zabik either!!!

THANKS for the pics Mr B,Just wondered if you have the time to give us a short match report on how our riders went and what sort of reception Lukas got etc. Thanks

Of course SDB, couldn't do it earlier as had to dash off to work Rolling Eyes

Lukas and Ales both got good receptions but Ales outshone him on his return to the showground. I expected more from Lukas on his former track and despite him breaking a chain away from the tapes in heat 9 I felt a little dissapointed in his performance.

Davey is the real worry for me at the moment though. I don't know if his still carrying the injuries but for me we are lacking a true number 1 who can outscore the others in heats 13 and 15 and because of that we always look vunerable towards the end of a meeting. He did the business with Cam when on the TR in heat 5 but he went from first to third in heat 13 over the course of half a lap and didn't look that quick in his other races. Finished with 10+1 but 6 of those came in 1 race. Harsh... maybe yes but maybe with our team building this year that was always going to be the downfall.

Lewis was involved in the race of the night in heat 10 when hassling Bager for two laps round the outside in the battle for second place before switching to the inside on turn 3 and making a clean pass only for Bager to come under him into turn 1 forcing Lewis to fall and be awarded the second place he deserved. He went from first off the second turn in heat 15 to third as both Boro boys swept pass but was our best rider of the night overall.

Cam did OK, not great but an up and down kind of a meeting, same too for Ricky and Complin only managed a single point in heat 2 by beating Vissing who then failed to score all night till winning heat 14!
