probably decided quite some time ago , as revenues reduced and critism of management expressed with the now usual mid-season disasters on and off the track . don't think this the end though , the pheonix and eagles will rise again , possibly after a year of reorganising , rebuilding , back to the days of the eagles coming through the pipeline --- which BD says will continue --- which will definately not therefore be in the elite , if there still is such a thing .bridger and kennett were the last to emerge fully , before them , dugards , barker , norris , ballard , kennett etc . it simply could not carry on as it has . Idea  Idea
