There is a magazine called the "Kids Fun File", not sure where my wife got it from, the school or via the local playgroup possibly.
It lists loads of things to keep them occupied during the holidays, and there is a voucher in there giving ONE FREE CHILD ADMISSION with a paying adult, no time restriction.

It is printed by Fineprint, www.kidsfunfile.com

Again a bit of promotion by the club, well done Very Happy  Very Happy  Very Happy

decided to look up the eastbourne website about the 20% reduction . got back as far as page 26 where old reference to deano when still riding . forward to 13/14 about eaglets , couldn't find anything about speedway since that . maybe i missed it , but to save 20% of £13 , if i found it it would hardly change my lifestyle ! Blimey Ray.... even when they are trying to make an effort to promote the club you still find something to moan about!!

I found the voucher easy enough and will be using it on my next visit.

Cheers Bob.

I think this is great for the eastbourne fan and i thank the management for doing it,but what i wanted to do in the winter months when i sent Bob an e mail was to make sure the average holiday maker didnt just think about going but they WERE  going because we laid on everything to get them there and there would be no escape!!!My way of looking at it was to sell tickets then and there on the seafront, provide transport to and from their hotel or picke up point but most importantly get the money up front and send someone on the bus or coach from the speedway  to make everyone feel welcome and answer any questions they may have.im still willing to give up my time to sell the all inclusive ticket along the seafront, its better to do this properly and get them to the track because one its quite hard find first time and 2 ,the first thing that they will see when they get to the stadium is a field and someone demanding £1 !!!!!!!!

i presume the turnstile staff will be aware of these discount vouchers, i think there was some confusion for  the kids offer on the tv meeting at the start, it got sorted in the end, but dont want people to have hassle , and temper tantrums from other quarters.

I used one last week, but you could only use it through the Credit Card Entrance.  I went through the normal entrance only to be turned away.

It seems the discount is on the STANDARD admission price so that a pensioner will get in for £12 instead of £13.

That is £15 less 20% = £12

oap concession £13 .20% discount of £ 2.60 . so should cost £ 10.40 . are they really charging £ 12 ? please confirm . if so i will not attend again , as a matter of principle , until discount discontinued , and save £ 13 instead .hope all non-season ticket.pensioners will do the same . nor will i take the guests who expected to pay the correct amount . migawd , robbers and liars are everywhere it seems .  Evil or Very Mad  Question reading the voucher it is stated the 20 % discount is on ANY STANDARD TICKET .so  does this mean what i says " any " means all ,"standard " , well does a concession mean non- standard then ? but regardless this means an adult entry  will now be £12 , a saving of £3 . oap at £ 12 means a  saving of £1 . what about the childrens' admission ?
haven't thought things through again , pathetic .just when they seem to have a reasonable idea they screw up again , bit like the £ 2,000 for your old car farce . it will never work properly . Sad ran off some vouchers , may as well give them to other people who do not get concessions  Idea  Idea

Yes this is correct. A concession rate is not standard admission.

if so i will not attend again , as a matter of principle , until discount discontinued , and save £ 13 instead .hope all non-season ticket.pensioners will do the same . nor will i take the guests who expected to pay the correct amount . migawd , robbers and liars are everywhere it seems .  Evil or Very Mad  Question

That is up to you Ray but I shall be there.

reading the voucher it is stated the 20 % discount is on ANY STANDARD TICKET .so  does this mean what i says " any " means all ,"standard " , well does a concession mean non- standard then ? but regardless this means an adult entry  will now be £12 , a saving of £3 . oap at £ 12 means a  saving of £1 . what about the childrens' admission ?

As above it only applies to standard tickets not concessions.

haven't thought things through again , pathetic .just when they seem to have a reasonable idea they screw up again , bit like the £ 2,000 for your old car farce . it will never work properly . Sad ran off some vouchers , may as well give them to other people who do not get concessions  Idea  Idea

Ray I think the offer is a good one bearing in mind that the club is looking to increase attendances but obviously you are entitled to your own opinion.
